Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDM), Inside Sales Coordinators, Heads of Divisions (HODs), Operations Managers, and the Sales & Marketing team
Coordinate with other sales roles in the territory to enhance cross-departmental sales efforts
Take ownership of the sales budget for assigned territory (or multiple territories)
Manage all sales leads, opportunities, and quotations for Tier B & C customers in collaboration with sales coordinators, marketing, technical experts, GM, and BDM
Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM system entries, including company records, contacts, leads, opportunities, quotations, and other sales-related data
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong customer service orientation
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Language Requirement:
English: Fluent (written and spoken)
