A Complaint if you have experienced dissatisfaction with our services, personnel conduct, report accuracy, or turnaround time.
An Appeal if you wish to request reconsideration of a specific inspection decision or finding made by RICI.

Your submission will be reviewed by personnel who were not involved in the original matter to ensure impartiality. We aim to complete investigations within 2–4 weeks depending on complexity, and you will be kept informed throughout the process.
