We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QHSE Coordinator to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and manuals.
Conduct regular site inspections and internal QHSE audits to ensure compliance.
Identify risks and perform assessments to improve safety and environmental performance.
Coordinate training sessions and awareness programs for staff on QHSE practices.
Monitor, investigate, and report incidents, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and update documentation, reports, and records related to QHSE activities.
Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, physics, or a related discipline.
Experience: Fresh graduates , 0-2 years of experience in a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) related role.
