We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Laboratory Manager to oversee and manage laboratory and field testing activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, maintaining quality assurance, and coordinating with clients to deliver accurate and timely results.
Lead and manage laboratory and field testing operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
Oversee calibration, verification, and maintenance of testing equipment.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely reporting and customer satisfaction.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, documentation, and control systems.
BSc / B-Tech / DAE in Civil Engineering.
15+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years relevant in civil laboratory management.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 standards (certifications preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain Driving License.
